Photo release agreement:* 

I hereby agree, that with respect to all photographs/video images made of me by Texas Instruments Incorporated (hereinafter "TI"), or its photographer or videographer, TI and its successors, assigns and designees, shall be unconditionally entitled, at their sole discretion, to use the photographs/video images or any portion thereof. I hereby release and assign, to TI, or its successors, assigns or designees, all copyrights, property rights, and personal rights to, or in any way released to, the photographs/video images. Further, I hereby release and assign, that with respect to comments I may make to TI or its representatives, TI and its successors, assigns and designees shall be unconditionally entitled, at their sole discretion, to use the comments or any portion thereof. I understand that I will not receive any consideration for TI's use of the photographs/video images or my comments or any portion thereof.
